BIOGRAPHY

Huihua Bi is an artist based in Foshan, China. She has a degree from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

Her recent works were selected by the Society of Women Artists (SWA) and the Women in Art Fair (WIAF). She also made it through to the Extended Longlist for Jackson’s Art Prize 2025. She has exhibited widely throughout China, especially in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Foshan. She is a visiting professor at Beijing Foreign Affairs University of Economy.

Her latest work draws inspiration from her travels in Glasgow, particularly the fascinating twisting trees of Pollok Country Park.
